How long should it take
for my order to arrive?
If you order Monday through Friday during our regular hours (9am -
5pm, EST), most "stock" security seals will be shipped within 24
hours. Custom imprinted, numbered or barcoded or custom color seals
can take up to 14 days to manufacture. Ship times will be noted on
your order confirmation.
How do you ship?
Normally, we ship using UPS Ground. If you need a rush shipment,
please email us, call
our Sales Hotline (800) 342-0333 or select from the various shipping
options when ordering.
What if I have a product
question?
Before or after you buy, American Casting assures your complete
satisfaction - call us at (800) 342-0333 with any questions you may
have or refer to our contact page for
other methods of reaching us.
Can I place an order
without having to order online?
Of course! Call our Sales Hotline (800) 342-0333 to place
your order. We can take credit card orders over the phone or arrange
terms for your convenience. You can also fax orders to (516)
349-8389. If you would like to arrange payment terms of net 30,
please

we'll be glad to assist you with any questions you may have.
What type of payment do
you take?
The best, most expedient way is credit card. We accept MasterCard,
Visa, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay by money
orders and checks. To pay by check or money order print the
